Terms and conditions

These terms apply to products and website subscriptions purchased from Foxdog Marketing. The product page, checkout description and any written scope supplied before payment form part of the agreement.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Payment is collected securely by Stripe. One-off products are charged once. Website subscriptions renew monthly from the purchase date until cancelled.

Inputs, approvals and delivery

Delivery depends on receiving the information, access and approvals listed in the product scope. A delivery estimate may move when required material or feedback is late. Foxdog will not publish content or make a live-site change that still requires the buyer’s approval.

Third-party platforms

Publishers, search engines, AI platforms and backlink suppliers control their own acceptance, indexing and ranking decisions. Foxdog is responsible for the work and evidence described in the purchased scope, not a guaranteed ranking or platform outcome.

Intellectual property

Once cleared payment has been received, the buyer may use the final deliverables supplied for that order. Foxdog retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, code, templates and internal working materials unless the written scope says otherwise.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund handling is explained in the refund and cancellation policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
