Refund and cancellation policy

One-off products

Foxdog may begin research, writing, supplier ordering or production shortly after payment. If you need to cancel, use the contact page immediately. Any refund will reflect work already completed, non-recoverable third-party costs and the written scope accepted at checkout.

Monthly website packages

Website subscriptions renew each month from the original purchase date. A cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period and any handover obligations remain subject to the agreed package scope.

Delivery problems

If Foxdog cannot provide the material part of a purchased deliverable, it will first offer a correction, replacement or appropriate alternative. Where that is not possible, the affected part of the order will be reviewed for a refund. Statutory rights are not affected.
