Before redesigning our client’s website, it was crucial to analyse it thoroughly using heatmaps and screen recordings.

Holders were regularly posting through another agency before we took control over their accounts. The problem was that they were simply regurgitating the same content from other manufacturers – there was nothing original. We changed this by designing bespoke posts with Holders’ own branding, created visually appealing designs and created short-form videos which proved to have the most engagement of all.
When we first looked at the website, it looked tired and dated. It was running a custom WordPress theme from another agency and offered very basic functionality. There was very little responsiveness and everything felt quite ‘clunky’. We set about redesigning with parallax images, responsive CTA’s and embedded product tiles.
Since we were redesigning the website, we wanted to see how users were interacting with the site and what was of interest to them. Through the use of heatmaps with concentrated dark spots and screen recordings with far too many rage clicks, we figured out a way to serve up the content they were looking for with way less scrolling, clicking and well…raging.
Our choice of AI plugin is the best around, they’ve been honing their craft since 2012, before AI was so popular. It cuts out so much of the manual work associated with traditional SEO which meant we could really expedite the whole process. Best of all, the client had access to the software on their website which meant they could track their page positions for themselves, helping to strengthen the trust they placed in Foxdog’s abilities to get them ranking on page 1 – which of course was achieved. We even ranked them higher than the manufacturer whose product they were distributing.
